Commercial Rent Recovery

For Commercial Landlords, the Certificated Bailiff is a fast and effective method of collecting commercial rent arrears. We provide this service for solicitors, commercial landlords and commercial property agents. Using our certificated bailiffs can assist in the swift recovery of commercial rent arrears, normally with no charge incurred by the landlord. It's a solution that works. Our Certificated Bailiffs have a 95% success rate.

Once a completed Rent Warrant is received, our Certificated Bailiffs are able to act immediately, normally with 'same-day' service, to secure the interests of the landlord. There is no requirement for Court action, thus providing a rapid solution to rent arrear problems.

Forfeiture of Lease - Commercial Property Repossession

In most commercial leases the landlord has the right to terminate a lease without court action, providing that the rent arrears still exist after a certain period as specified in the lease.

To comply with the landlord's request, we require a completed Possession Warrant. Our Certificated Bailiffs will then act to secure your property with immediate effect.

Vehicle Recovery and Repossession (Companies only)
