	Debt Collection (Tenancy Arrears only) - Our Service

	JWCS are registered as Data Controllers under the Data Protection Act. We offer clients a complete Residential Rent Arrears Recovery Service. We contact the debtor on your behalf, and inform them that they need to pay you directly and immediately. There are no more chances and we will pursue the matter to Court and instruct Bailiffs, if required. In 85% of our cases, a Letter and Telephone contact is sufficient to secure full payment of the debt. In the remaining 15%, we may need to pursue a Statutory Demand/Bankruptcy Petition or a County Court action/Bailiff Attendance.
	Fixed Fee Instruction

	We undertake your instructions for a fixed fee of £35.00 (Standard Service) or £75.00 (Premium Service) per case for Letter and Telephone debt collection. Remember, 85% of all our cases are paid in full when we are instructed to issue Collection Agency letters and to make Collection Telephone calls on your behalf. 	Further Action

	Failure to successfully secure your debt as outlined above, may require Statutory Demand and/or County Court action. JWCS will be happy to guide you in this process and to undertake the work on your behalf. We can deal with all matters "in-house".
