 | JW Collection Services offer a fast and efficient professional
Process Serving facility to solicitors, government agencies, companies and private individuals.
The allocation of Instructions is maintained through our Head Office, thus allowing the implementation of each case within our system and to carefully monitor service of the papers.
If you have important legal documents that require serving urgently (within 3 - 4 days of us receiving papers), we are able to arrange for one of our experienced Process Servers
to make the service as required, including any special instructions relating to the service. Please contact us ( 07824 553289) prior to sending instructions as the work may require sending directly to the Process Server covering that particular area.
Our Bailiffs, Process Servers and Agents cover NE England and will ensure that your legal documents
are served efficiently and returned to you on time with proof of service as appropriate. If an urgent service is required, we can arrange collection of the documents from your offices or from the Court.

 | JWCS's fully trained Bailiffs undertake Process Serving throughout NE England. We offer a three-tier Process Serving facility:
- Tier 1 Standard Service £85.00 : an officer will attempt service within 3 days of receiving your documents.
- Tier 2 Collection Service £115.00 : we collect your documents personally from either your office or the Court in question.
- Tier 3 Same Day Service £140.00 : includes Collection(if required) and attempts to serve your documents the same day.

- By mail: Instructions can be sent to our Head Office
- To arrange Service of your documents, please click here for our Service payment facility. Please select your requirements and proceed as directed.
In all communications, please include an email address and a contact name of the person dealing with the case. We will normally confirm safe receipt of your documents by either by email or telephone. |

 | Process Server - Your Check List |

 | Please check the following before instructing us:
- Check the process server has sufficient time for the service you require.
- Check that the name of the person being served is correct - if not, you must return to the Court and ask them to amend it. Only a Court Officer is able to make the amendment. Failing to amend, can result in the service being invalid.
- Check that the service address is correct - an incorrect or incomplete address does not invalidate your documents but can cause a delay in the procedure.
- Check whether you can provide and other useful information. Provision of any of the following can ensure our Process Servers attend at the correct time and server the correct people:
Times when the subject is likely to be at home Work address Vehicle details Physical description or photography Age or date of birth.
