| As a legal requirement JWCS are registered under the Data Protection Act. All our bailiffs hold individual
County Court Certificates and are each bonded to the value of £10,000.
If you own or manage commercial property and rent is overdue, a bailiff acting under the
Distress for Rent Act can quickly resolve this problem. Following an instruction, we endeavour to guarantee a bailiff call within 24 hours.
JWCS also offer our own Residential Rent Arrears Recovery Service.
